For a network that's often justifiably criticized for it's slogan fair and balanced, they have Shepard Smith.
I believe he deserves the slogan solely for his coverage of the Katrina recovery effort, when the rest of the network was on the defensive over the administration's lack of response, he was in the streets with the people calling out the administration.
I don't watch the devoid of any actual relevant news cable news channels often but when I have to, I've noticed on numerous occasions his opinions are delivered genuinely, not biased by his employer.
On top of that he's a genuinely funny guy, who can roll with any topic or scenario. He especially stands out in the industry of network news where being phony is your strongest asset.
I figure there's not too many people here who watch Fox News but for those that do does anyone else agree to trust and appreciate the talents of Shep Smith?
Sudden fire alarm in the studio last week.

I thought he was fair on the latest O&A flareup, he may have had to label them disgusting like every other broadcaster but his argument was the correct one.
