XBox 360 Price Cut

Two leaked fliers, one from Toys R Us and one from Walmart say that in the next couple of weeks the 360 will cost $349. I'm surprised Microsoft is doing this on the heels of having to spend over a billion to extend 360 warranties. They better have fixed the 360 or they will never make money off this thing.
