The statistical play is to stand and I would do that about 90% of the time. Every once in a while though, if I"m on a hot streak or I've seen a bunch of face cards come up recently, I might hit. It also depends on what's happening with the players around me, if the guy after me is sitting on a 9, 10 or 11 I wouldn't hit.
