I was not his lawyer or in his position. He could have gotten a much worse sentence if he was tried and found guilty.

He was a Mexican kid, can't recall his name, but he was wearing a Kobe Bryant #24 Laker Jersey. They didnt do a segment on him but showed him about 10 times going up to the door. and getting hauled off by Johnny Law. Man, that creeps me out. Ya just dont know about people and who they really are when they leave the work place. This kid was very quiet, polite and kept to himself. I used to talk hoops with him sometimes, I thought he was just a shy kid, never would have pegged him as a ped! He worked in the Rutherford PO about 2 or 3 summers ago as a casual carrier, (Temp Work for the summer). He even checked back in a few times and told me he was going to college and working as a supervisor at UPS. Damn...he's f'ed for life now.

Even when they do catch these people, when they are released they go right back to surfing the web to find a kid to screw. Shit, To Catch a Predator had a few moments where they caught the same person numerous times. The excuses these people give is mind blowing, example:
