She was "arrested" twice in the last week. One "arrest," which happened last week I believe, was after she turned herself in for an incident that occurred last May.

Yesterday's arrest was after she was chasing her former personal assistant in her car, and police came up her and the assistant (or her mother) in an argument on the road and Lohan failed a sobriety test. She also was found with cocaine. However, according to one report I read, Lohan, in an e-mail, denied that the coke was hers.
