Well, I knew I should have changed the photos on our website sooner.

But seriously, those photos on the website are FUCKING TERRIBLE! That fake shit is what always annoyed me about Metal music and the scene. Most of those pics are from Black Metal bands. I fucking hate the make up, the fake-serious attitude and all the "Evil" bullshit.

Unhallowed has always been about having fun but being serious about the music we make. Most of the pics we've ever taken or put on our site are us joking around or playing live. No phoney attitudes or stupid poses. That photo above was taken as a gag and we thought it was so funny we had to put it on the web.

There's a couple of those photos on there that are just kids in band T-shirts hanging out. That's what the music should be about, having fun. Not sitting there trying to act as serious and evil as you can. That's retarded.

I'm not a huge SYL fan so I don't know a lot about him. I went to one of their shows once, flat broke so I couldn't buy a ticket, just to pass out our flyers and CD-R's to fans outside. We actually walked up to the tour bus and he came out. We chatted with him for a few minutes and handed him our shit. Nice guy.

If he makes fun of the goofy bullshit in metal, good for him.
