Meadowland Fair

I know it is totally trashy & the rides are soo unsafe, but I feel compelled to go every year & spend lots of $. Does anybody else go? Lets hear about the good times had there over the yrs.

i was promised cotton candy and a ferris wheel ride if its not to tall

was there on Fri Night with Wifey

it hurt my Diet , i had a Corn Dog, a Sish Ka Bob with Pita and 4 Zeppoles

spent $20 on the Basketball Game (won no prize)

I did enjoy the Pig Races, Freak Show (which I wont spoil) the Carnies had Mullets and the Bald Ponytails sporting which rocked.

The Shoes were OK, I wanted to get hyponited by Steve Bayner, (which I did twice b4), but Wifey got tired.

Sheepy do not do the Ferris Wheel...I went on it & although you were closed in I kept my eyes shut the whole time.( I hate being stuck on top) I also went on the sky ride with my son, it does not seem that high on the ground but while on it i freaked. It was torture. Pretty good time tho..They had a armed juggler, pig races, stupid freak shows, it was cool.

i used to have season tickets to the metrostars and always HATED this fair because it took up the parking lot we used and made life miserable.

My gf and I go every year, and it's always entertaining for various reasons. We went last Monday, which was nice because the place was empty. We'll also go back for the fireworks on the 3rd, but we usually just hang out in the parking lot for them. They're surprisingly good for a fair fireworks show.
