Missing Pregnant Ohio Woman Found Dead

Her boyfriend is charged with 2 counts of murder. He allegedly killed her and her unborn child that was due in less than 2 weeks! The fucker was a cop, too. So sad.

I read another story and it didn't really say why he's any more of a suspect now that they found the body.

I know they searched his friends home but they found 3 cell phones, cleaning materials and a roll of duct tape which could easily have been found in any home.

Obvioulsy there's some evidence they haven't made public and/or that they just didn't put in the story.

It also didn't say if the dead body still had the baby or did I miss that they confirmed that the baby found recently was in fact the baby they were looking for ?

Just to bring everyone up to speed -

Cutts and his wife were in the process of separating. So there was no pressure to divorce - everyone (Cutts, the wife, and the pregnant girlfriend) knew what the score was. Apparently Cutts lied to her and said he was single, she got pregnant, and then they found out he was married, he was getting separated, and then she got pregnant again.

The OTHER kid being alive is what throws me, and makes me think this wasn't premeditated and this was some sort of accidental killing. But if he had come clean about it, he'd probably be looking at manslaughter or 2nd degree (and if he had called 911, they would have had a chance to save the baby; even if the mom is dead, there's an excellent chance they can save the baby.)

But instead of calling 911, he tried to cover up what he did, and then lie to the investigators, which means Murder 1.

Just an awful story all around.

I'm curious what the other woman has to do with this.

And she quit her job on Friday, which was a few days after the murder. Curious.

I know the other kid is only 2, but I'm surprised he didn't say anything about his father being there. He knew his mom broke the table and was in the rug, but he didn't say anything about his dad. I wonder if the other guy did the actual killing, or maybe the dad wore a mask.

The other arrest was a woman, and it was for obstruction.

That's another thing that bothers me. I'm thinking that maybe the kid ID'ed the Dad, but the cops didn't release that information until they found a body and knew she was dead.

Can't file charges until there's a body. I think they knew Cutts did it from day 1, they just watched what they said until they had a body. Don't need another Richard Jewell situation.
