So these clowns celebrate "Juneteenth Day", which is another made up holiday like Kwanzaa. Basically, this holiday commemorates The Emancipation Proclimation, which properly (and belatedly) deemed blacks as not objects or property, but as humans, enttitled to all the rights and dignitites that all humans enjoy.

This is not even in the top 10 news stories on my local news anymore. They just did a piece on the sizes of snacks these days, with no mention of this. Quite sad.

This city, well the inner city anyway, seems to really being going to shit. There was another situation last summer that a bunch of kids dragged an old man out of his car while he was stopped at a light and beat him to death...a few weeks later, an old man walking down the street beat to death as well. It's very sad, I love this city, but it's getting scary.

Yes, the "holiday" is made up. To be sure, all "holidays" are made up- the notion of a day of observance itself is man made (or "person made" - i am no sexist!). But takin this premise to its logical conclusion means that Ebonics is just as valid a language as English, French, etc...all of which are man made as well.

And that is just absurd. Or should i say, "Yo, dat shit is wack, ya heerrrrd!"

Lastly, i realize that this is not indicative of all Juneteenth Day regaliers....that is why i stated "these morons in millwaulkee"
