This is just the part of the article that talks about PAC:
XM spokesman Chance Patterson ...." He added, "There have been some groups and one in particular that have tried to create a cause organization around this situation," he said in reference to the newly formed People Against Censorship, created in response to the Opie and Anthony suspension. "They have continued to misrepresent the whole situation." (06-20-07)
PAC's website is up btw. .com

What A Terribly Written Article. They Let The XM Guy's Comment Dangle At The End With No Questions/Follow-Up: Who What Where How Why...All Missing. Bad Journalism.

Everything the XM guy said is true. O&A, the pac, and the pests have made this a censorship issue when it was not one.

Can you PLEASE try adding more to the conversation than a sentence that holds no water that usually contains a "fuck" or a "cunt"?
That being said, I don't see anything "disparaging" about what Chance Patterson said. He said the PAC is "misrepresenting" the situation.

The worst thing they could do is mention the PAC. It shows they're having an effect on them.
Anyway, "Chance Patterson"? Sounds like a soap opera character...

Wow, so XM does not like a group that has encouraged people to cancel their subscriptions and held protests against them. I am shocked.

I agree pennington. I think bringing them into the article shows that they have power with XM, and it shows that XM knows what they are capable of, and are trying to put out the fire early by discredditing their name in the media.

How about you let him use whatever language he wants and let the moderators decide what language is inappropriate or unnecessary.

I'll do better than that. I took a very extreme measure, one that I only used with one other person on this board. And I'll leave it at that.
My point wasn't his language. It's the fact that he adds nothing to the conversation. He doesn't like XM suits, as he noted. Why? Or why not? That's all.
Whatever. The bomb's been dropped. Nothing we can do about it now.

They didn't mention them by name. The article writer did.

Well, no, that was with multiple members of the board.

Jon told you to knock it off and you keep going. Stop. How people conduct themselves on this board is not governed by you in the least.
I assume your "extreme measure" is using the ignore list. That's probably a good idea if you cannot get along with someone.
