she will beat it, or at least no jail time even though she has priors of heroin in her car

I doubt she beats it.

They supposedly have a confession from her that she was on Vicodin and high on pot.
That coupled with the fact that she was physcially on the wrong side of the highway wont allow her to skate.

Now that she's pregnanht she may get some lame reduced sentence but I bet she goes into some version of the slammer for some period of time.

Remember she doesnt have the financial/political pull that a Hilton has.

She's the adopted daughter of a guy that hasn't had a " hit " in like 20 years.

Not exactly royalty.

Is it me or is the amount of celebs who are doing DUI now seem to be skyrocketing?

Makes you wonder what the insurance rates will be in LA now.
