Anyone reading this comic? It is sort of a cross between Secret of Nimh and Wattership Down...

I borrowed an issue from a friend a while back and it really surprised me. I picked it up as a curiosity but the story and characters were really compelling. I had completely forgotten about it until I saw this thread, but I'll probably have to pick up that trade you mentioned now.

There is a really nice hardcover collection out right now. It has some extra stuff that I don't think was in the comics, like maps and a glossary.

I bought the hardcover and it was great. I started reading it before bed one night and didn't go to sleep until I'd read the whole thing. Amazing stuff.

I've seen it at a couple bookstores. Looks really badass. Kinda reminds me of that book series called Redwall by Brian Jacques. Read the first book in the series was pretty good. Tried the other ones but they seemed like the same story over and over again. Mice and rabbits vs rats and marmots. I'll have to pick up Mouse Guard sometime. Maybe when it comes out on paperback or trade.
