I am not sure if I would call this legal or not but I think I am for it.

once again another waste of tax payers time and money to create a law because people are affraid of blacks and sexuality.
its not just againts men its against women as well.
"The ordinance states, "It shall be unlawful for any person in any public place or in view of the public to be found in a state of nudity, or partial nudity, or in dress not becoming to his or her sex, or in any indecent exposure of his or her person or undergarments, or be guilty of any indecent or lewd behavior."
The law applies to women as well as men, the mayor said Wednesday. "If you expose some of your privates, the crack of your behind, if somebody feels insulted they should press charges. If you're offended by it, we want to straighten that out."
The clause about "dress not becoming to his or her sex" doesn't forbid cross-dressing, Broussard said. "A dress, I wouldn't find that obscene. As long as he covers himself and it's not too short."
How stupid. So if a women wears sexy tight in fashion pants and bends over and her thong or crack of her ass shows she can be fined or put in jail for up to 6 months? Why cant people just let people be?
I hate the baggy look, it looks stupid but I dont have to wear it. Some people think dirty overalls looks like shit, but I'm sure some hicks in these southern farming towns wear that shit out and about. Well then im offended I dont like to see dirty smelly clothing, go give them a fine or put them good ol boys in jail for 6 months for not taking a shower or washing their clothes.
