You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I went to the Oddcast site (http://www.oddcast.com/home/demos/tts/tts_example.php?sitepal) to mess around for a few minutes.
I finished with Simon doing "Mighty Horse". Kind of cool, and good for a few laughs
