Fat's Head Is Literally Bursting With Ideas For New Threads, But He Does Not Want To Ever Impose, Or Become Known As A Wacky Thread-Whore (Like Lleeder).
What Is A Respectful Amount Of Time To Wait Between Starting Threads? One Day? Two-Days? More?
F_S Has In The Offing Such Diverse Topics As:
Why Is There No Overscore?
What Is Your Best And Worst Concert-Going Experience?
And Many Others.
But What Is The Etiquette On Thread Creation?

I try for One a Week
I have 40 Threads Started and Average 47.97 Replies for thread (not too bad)
But your threads are great so whenever you think of something , go for it, your reputation will let you get away with some duds

I'd say like 2 or 3 good, full, well thought out ideas a day is probably a decent amount of threads to start. Because after that, how are you really going to keep track of your threads and discuss in new ones?
But I don't think people will mind if it's more than that and all of them are independent of each other and are good ideas.
Plus, don't worry. People on her will let you know when they start to feel you might be whoring it up a bit.

What is "overscore"? Opposite of underscore?
You might want to check out the random thoughts thread:

You should all post as well as Reilly.
She starts only 1 thread per day, but it is always rock solid. Guaranteed to have 2, 3 or more hundred replies, and thousands of views. Yeah, that Reilly sure can...

My thoughts are, if it sounds like something "Jack Handy" might randomly say/post, I will go to the Random Thoughts thread.
If it is more of a "Conversation Starter" then go with a new thread.
Of course those are just my ideas...

Hmm.. The Random Thoughts Thread. That Is A Very Good Idea. Or Is That Just The Burial Ground For An Idea That Really Might Be Thread-Worthy? Such Difficult Decsions Life Hands Us!!
And Yes, The Overscore Is The Opposite Of The Underscore. You've Got The Underscore For The Bottom; The Dash For The Middle, And Yet No Overscore For The Top. How Dumb Is That.
Imagine How Unique "F_S" Would Look If It Had An Overscore Instead Of An Underscore!
How Could This Not Exist???????
Well, Now There Is One Less Thread To Start!

What do you when you just saw an odd advertisement on the internet so you decide to find a random thread to post it in and as a result add nothing relevant to the conversation? Where's that go?

I enjoy your threads. I enjoy your posts and I trust your judgement and use of thread discretion. Without posters like you we'd be left with posters like Midkiff, Patsopinion and Lord Jezo and then I would be forced to take a self imposed vacation.
Without posters like you we can be guaranteed to find threads like this one (http://www.ronfez.net/forums/showthread.php?t=60458) almost daily.
People complain that there are to many guests and not enough posters, then they complain that there's to many non-sense posts.. F-em F_S!
Can't please all of the people all of the time. You please me and isn't that enough?
I say start 50 threads today and post away! No one forces me to read them, just be prepared for the well deserved criticism if you do. As a mod I'd probably be cursing you through the roof if that happened.
F_S, some love you, some hate you, however you're viewed, you're quite the creative 'character' and to see that imagination squelched would be a disservice to the board.

When inspiration strikes it is foolish to ignore it. Why deny the world of your brilliance merely because you think there's some sort of limit on how many threads you can start?
Sometimes the creativity and wisdom flows through me so forcefully I'll create 3 threads in the span of minutes. Other times I'm content to sit back and laugh at the futility of others as they try to start an interesting conversation or debate, only to see their effort wither and die on the vine.
Ask not for permission, Fat_Sunny; do as you see fit. You've proven yourself to be of superior intellect, charm, and moral fiber than the rest of the miscreants that post on this board.
