I dont know if there is a thread or not. I tried to look for one but none showed up in the search section.

Anyway has anyone been watching this show? Its pretty cool seeing some of these unknown directors short films. My question is for those of you watching have you noticed Carrie Fishers mouth? Whenever she talks she does something weird with her mouth. Its 1 of 3 things.

1 Did she have a stroke?
2 Is she on drugs?
3 is she worried her teeth are falling out (false teeth)?

I dont know what it is but shes making me sick. Plus she sounds like an idiot when she talks/judges the film shes watching.

I noticed Carrie Fisher was doing that too but then she mysteriously stopped about a half hour into the show. I dont know what was up with that.

And I hate the 2 cocky (tryin to be stylistic maaaan) directors, Marty and Kenny. Both just think their shit dont stink and they can make films so "out there" that if they get kicked off they'll just say they were misunderstood.

Marty is a cocky fucker, the only thing he did that I liked was shit down carrie fisher last night. Other then that he is way to cocky.

Kenny has got to be the worst film maker on the show and everything he has done so far has sucked, yet the judges like it. Why? Last nights 3 min short was a bad 80's music video with no acting, horrible music and shitty camera angles and speeds.

My favorties are Andrew, Jason, will and zach. I even like the girl jess, but not b/c shes a great director but shes pretty sexy in a artsy, lesbian kind of way!

The host is hot but sucks at her job!

All this and I watch the show.

i started to watch it but i only made it through the first two episodes. it kept pissing me off. there are some people out there with actual visions and all this cunts want are popcorn movies.

I watch the films and the judges reaction.

All the American Idol "You're Safe This Week" bullshit I pass by.
An hour show I can get through in about 25 minutes.

I completely agree you need to tivo this and then fast forward to the movies... the talking between is brutal - although Wes Craven was good this week. Also, Leah actually said one of the movies this week was almost as horrible as "Having her man leave her for another man..."

My question is this though... they didnt announce who was voted off last week until tonight... and yet we also had the debut of the next round of movies... does this mean that everyone does a movie and we just dont get to see the person who got voted off's movie? Or do they tell this person before they make the next movies and make them sit around for a week and act suprised? That would be BS...

I caught an episode of this in a shitty hotel room a couple weeks ago and it was garbage. The "films" these people were making were absolute garbage. They had nothing to say about anything. I'm laying there in a puddle of my own body ooze from the heat on a filthy mattress being held up by amputated limbs and the skulls of the Khmer Rouge's Killing Fields and in between watching the rats fighting gladiator duels in the corner against packs of giant cockroaches I'm watching this piece of shit show where everyone was bent out of shape because one guy made a short comedy about a retarded guy with a tag line. It reassured me that I did the right thing by leaving the States.

The dumb hostess had a smoking body though. I haven't missed an episode since!
