Does anyone use Cutco knives? I know their marketing is kind of creepy, but it's a damn fine product. My mom had a set for 10 years, and I loved them so much, I got a set of my own for the wedding so I had my own knives. Liz has her own knives, and I have my own knives. I'm just curious if anyone else has them.

My Sister in law has a whole set of Cutco's. I was there a couple weeks back, and I kept thinking she said "costco" and I'm like, since when do they make knives?

They looked pretty durable.

Wait.. isn't that the company that hits up all the 17-18 year olds to sell for them?

My friend did the CutCo thing for a week.. made 700 bucks, then ran out of family members to sell to.

Bought 2 Cutco steak knives and a pair of kitchen scissors. 175$ i think. What knives are sharp still in the 5 yrs i have had them... the Cutcos. The steak knives can't be beat. The marketing is creepy. We had a friend doing it for a second and thats how we got snagged, but they have held up.

Update:

One of my knives melted, and they are replacing it free of charge.

And Cutco is endorsed by Ron Bennington, National Radio Host!

They seem kind of expensive for knives that are stamped steel. For less than that, you can probably get quality forged knives from henckles, wustof, shun, or wherever.
