After seeing what seemed like a pretty good deal in a magazine, I decided to order from Omaha Steaks. I was completely underwhelmed by the product but that is beside the point. This was about 2 to 3 months ago now, pretty much since then I have received no less then 2 to 3 calls a day from them always during normal business hours. I used my cell phone when I ordered so that is the number that they continue to call me from, my phone keeps track of the last 100 incoming calls well the majority have been from Omaha Steaks talk about harassment. It really doesnt bother me to much sometimes I pick up and leave the phone next to my speakers so maybe the can hear Ron and Fez

Did you tell them to stop calling and take them off their list?
Next time they do, after you tell them you want them to stop, tell them that these calls are now considered harassment, ask for their name, number, manager, and say you are going to start filing complaints with the FTC.

Have you asked them to stop calling you?
Since you did business with them, they are exempt from the Do Not Call List, but will probably stop calling if you ask.

Are they asking you to vote? In Spanish? Because I hate when they ask you to vote in Spanish.

The people calling probably realize that the leads are weak, but their superiors keep saying, "The leads are weak? The leads are weak? You're weak!"
And then they aren't allowed to have coffee.

Hmmm, I've ordered from them a few times and they have never called me. I'm not sure if I should be happy or insulted.

Also mention that they are calling on your cell phone and there are protections against that type of call on a cell phone.
