You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Quick tech question: I can play flash games and see flash movies while in my browser but when I download said movies I can't get them to play. I have the latest version of of FLV Player but when I double click the player just says 'streaming' and never starts playing anything. Does anyone know what's wrong?

This should fix your problem.
