i found one on sun june 3rd... the SECOND AVE STREET FAIR
but no info about it

It's too late for this weekend, but if you've never been, you should try to go to PS1 on a saturday this summer. It's in Long Island City in Queens, and it's good times.

is that where MOMA moved for a while? what happens there?

No, Moma moved to a different location in Queens when they were renovating. PS1 is a permanent museum in Long Island City that is a part of Moma. There's some really interesting art - more up and comers than you would find at MOMA in town, but there was a Matthew Barney installation there last summer - and on saturdays in the summer they bring in DJs and have a huge party, where you can hang out, drink, dance, and go in the museum. It's really fun.
