Ladies, have you ever broke up with a guy, and then regretted it so bad that it haunted you?

I had a girl that I was crazy-insane about. I honestly treated her like my princess.

She broke up with me after 4 years, just because I went away with the military for 8 weeks!

I was in the deepest state of depression for a few months.

I met my wife a year after my EX broke up with me.

My ex came back with a vengeance!!!

She wanted me back in the worst way. She could not deal with the fact that I moved on. She was the one who broke up with me!

Did you ever dump a guy that treated you like a princess, or just with the respect and love you deserved, and then regret it later?

Yes, for a very long time. I also have a hard time letting go of my past which made it rough too. But I thankfully was able to let go and move on. It's easier instead of remembering the good times, to remember the bad times and reasons for breaking up. It also makes me feel better knowing i'm much happier now than i was then.

Nope. Everyone I've broken up with has stunk as a b/f, which is why I dumped them.

Eh, I've only broken up with one guy-- he was cruel and manipulative. After 6 months I told him, "Maybe we shouldn't see each other for a WHILE." That was 2/12/98. I asked Thunderlips to the movies (PURELY platonic at the time!!) on 2/14/98.

Gee, I never did "officially" break up with that other guy.

I think there are more woman than you think who take their relationships seriously! But I understand-- there is one guy I wonder about (I'll e-mail you Rooster! I need your opinion!).
