A cowboy hat makes you look silly. Friday night I was in Penn Station and I saw a Latin American family of indeterminable origin waiting for the train. The father was wearing a white cowboy hat. It just looks really silly. It draws attention ans screams "I just jumped the border". He might have been perfectly legal but its not s good look. Try to blend. Thats just what I think anyway.
