Death threats to Barry Bonds???

Today I have heard an interview that Barry Bonds gave, in which he claimed to recieve death threats this fall during his pursuit of Mark McGwire's single season home-run record.

In all honesty, I thought it was Bull Chips. Then I thought some more...

Mark McGwire plays for St. Louis, Missouri. I'll bet you there were some backwoods good old boys that didn't want to see a colored boy break the HR record.

I do not now, never have and nor will I ever give a damn about Barry Bonds, but I don't think the guy's life should be threatened.

If needed, pay Jeff Gilooly a nice lump sum to do a number on his knees...Ha-ha, I'm sorry.

...I tell you what I'd do man, two chicks at the same time man. Damn straight, I always wanted to do that, and I think if I was a millionaire I could hook that up too, 'cuz chicks dig a dude with money...well, the type a chick that'll double up on a dude like me do.

I was the last person on earth that wanted to see Bonds break Big Mac's record, based on the grounds that Bonds doesn't love the game the way McGwire does. Barry is a selfish player, but all the is besides the point. Back to my original sentence, even though I was the last person that wanted to to break 70, I would never go as far as death threats. If you remeber Aaron recived death threats about Ruth's record as well. Unfortunatly there are still people in this world that are so caught up in race issues that they would rather see the man die instead of break a white man's record.
