Why can't I download from hotmail?

it might have something to do with whtaever program they used that the attachment come from and you dont have that program on your computer

for example they sent you a picture that they had in photoshop and didnt change it from the .psd to a jpeg and you cant open it cause you dont have a photoshop program on your comp

first check to see where you are downloading to. your desktop, a file folder, where ever. check there to be sure that you are or are not downloading.

probably the best way to solve this problem is to stop using hotmail and use a mail service that doesnt suck dick

check your popup blocker when you go to download the file. does a yellow bar open on the top of your internet explorer window? if you are using firefox, is it blocking the download of the file?
