Probert and Domi is one of the best fights I've seen on ice. My vote for best ever goes with Probert and Craig Cox. It was toe to toe for over a minute straight. If you can get your hands on a copy of Don Cherry's Rock 'em Sock 'em Vol.1 it's on there. The Don Cherry vids might be pretty rare south of the border but I'm sure that the hockey fans in Buffalo would know what I'm talking about.

Yeah, Cherry went through every playoff series and showed the highlights of each one. The videos also had the best saves, biggest hits and of course the best fights from each season. They still get released every year just before x-mas here in Canada.
