i am having some serious issues with my web browsers, both fire fox and ie.

i almost always use fire fox and have had no problems at all. fire fox becomes extremely slow on this site, it always is "waiting on adbrite" at the bottom, and when i use ie the pages come right up no problem.

i can log in to the site using fire fox but when i try to make posts they always time out.

with ie, i can't log into the site at all.

also, yahoo won't load with firefox but will with ie. espn loads halfway with firefox but then i can not click on any links.

ive tried clearing all the history in both browsers but with no success.

i have tried doing system restore to a few days ago before all this started happening but the five times i have picked a day, it says it is unable to restore to that date (tried 5 different days)

i also ran ad-aware and got rid of some spyware that i thought might have been it but still same problems.

i am keeping my fingers crossed this doesn't time out (using firefox cause i can't log in with ie)

and im not going to get a mac so don't bother with those posts...

I've found that every single browser out there has some issues with one thing or another. I'm a Mac user, so I use Firefox, Camino, and SeaMonkey as my main browsers. Sometimes certain things (such as streaming video) won't show up in one of them so I'll have to switch to another browser.

If Firefox is having a problem with the Adbrite ads, I recommend getting a web advertising blocker.

The AdBlock Plus extension for firefox works well for me, at least on my PC, don't know if it's different for Macs. I don't really have anything I can't do with firefox, I used to have issues with the FreeFM stream, but even that seems to work fine since i went to Vista.
