because the title is a bit misleading. also, you can research older systems.
i never had pong but i understand it blew people's minds at the time. I had the atari 2600, but people with the 800 say it was great for it's time.

So, I'm going to have to put colecovision on top. even though i didn't own one, it really started the home console revolution

While I have that special place in my heart for the NES, I have to agree.
In the past year alone, there have been so many great games.
