I just heard Dr Phil on Larry King. He blamed this shooting on a kid who grew up playing Violent video games!!!! Not even a day after the shooting and this asshole has to start with this bullshit.

Whoever did this had some serious mental issues. Something was seriously wrong in his/her life and it was not a violent video game.

The media is absurd, let the people of this community and school mourn and get there shit together before you start with the political arguements. Stop with the blame game 5 minutes after the worst shooting in our countries history.

Man...ever since I played Super Mario Bros, anytime I've seen a turtle, I jump on it and squash it.

But seriously this shits ridiculous. First thing they blame something like this on is either video games or music. Now what I say next is something common in schools below college and shit maybe even college. Bullying(sp?) can play a big part, and it seems that teachers/administrators just ignore it and blame other things to make sure that their school isn't the problem.

Back in the "glory" days of high school, I was targeted because I wore trench coats, long hair, the works. First thing the school shrink asks me is, "What video games do you play? What kind of music do you listen to?" Yes I know people take gaming to an extreme level, kind of like role playing games. Overall, from my experiences and others who I know, administration will avoid what really is the problem and that's bullying.
