I went to the site to see where my local store was and they a button to click in the search for participating stores for the free cone. I clicked on it and the closest store to me is 12 miles. I then went back and unclicked it and 5 or 6 closer stores showed up, but they were in Newark, Bayonne and a few other towns. It seems like the towns that arent either very white suburbs or trendy small city's (you know the hobokens, expensice rents) dont participate. I wonder if they think everyone will come in for the free cone but wont come back when its time to buy?
