Sony stops production of the "cheap" PS3

So, how does Sony's PR team spin this? Considering the Wii can't be kept in stock... they stop production of the CHEAPER console? How does this make sense??

They were losing more money on every 20GB PS3 sold than they were on every 60GB PS3 sold. It was a stupid idea to begin with. They were producing 10 times more 60GBs than 20GBs. They were never committed to it.
