I am on a diet work out program, so I just bought this stuff this morning.. Its pretty damn good.. The chocolate chunks are real, none of that fake cereal powder chocolate.

Same thing Fat, I just started on it a few weeks ago. But i sometimes get chocolate cravings, and this is really good for it.

I went to 2 stores yesterday looking for that and couldnt find it anywhere. Whats the calorie and fat content?

2g of fat per 3/4 cup serving.. 120 calories, 160 with low fat milk... and both 20 calories from fat.

thanks. Cant believe its that low in fat. Can you really taste the chocolate? I have to find this. It is either selling out all over the place here in north jersey or they have gotten it in yet, which is crazy. They have advertised this on tv more then a movie coming attraction.

They also make Chocolate Special K Breakfast Bars that are awesome. They have the other Special K flavors as well, but the chocolate ones are the best.
