Did anybody else catch Baseball Tonight's new bit?
To go with Touch 'em All, and Web Gems, certainly a bit hoverhyped at some times, the show will be highlighteing some of the nastiest pitches of the day.
I liked it. I am always one for watching a great pitching matchup, and I gotta say, ESPN did a pretty decent job of showcasing both some knee-bucklers and some filthy cheese.
The program featured a wicked bendah from Jawsh Beckett, followed by a few devastating fastballs from Future Royals Ace Zack Grienke, and wrapped up with a trend-bucking,
curveball from fireballer Joel Zumaya.
Congrats ESPN. I may have completely given up on Sportscenter, but Baseball Tonight has got me for at least one more season.
