I still dont see how he got suspended for a entire year when he has never been arrested or convicted of a crime? Yet Henry who has been convicted of atleast 1 of his crimes got only 8 games?

I agree they needed to get a little more strict but I dont like the new rules. One of the rules states that even if your not arrested or convicted of a crime an allegation alone can result in suspention or termination. That could be very dangerous. LEts say the commish or somone high up doesnt like a player they can put them in a situation were they get causght doing something or have someone accuse them of something. Based on this new policy even if they are not arrested actions could still be taken. Its like a way of getting rid of someone you dont like, even if its unfair.

This really needs to be looked at a little more.

I will say this. Pacman is no saint but those who live in glass house should not throw stones!!! Lets see what happens the first time an excutive with the NFL or a Team does something questionable.
