Today, Easter Sunday, some guy in a mailman uniform driving around in a white minivan (which did have government plates) just rang my bell trying to deliver registered mail for someone who does not live at this address and were not the previous people living here a couple of years ago. When I said "I thought you don't do deliveries on Sunday or holidays" he shrugged his shoulders and said "It's not my idea"
Has anyone ever heard of Easter Sunday deliveries by the post office? Is this some kind of secret tier of service I am not privy to? Or is this dude trying to get in my house and steal my stuff? I called the post office to see if anyone was there and as expected there was no answer.

What was he dropping off an Easter basket? And did this mailman have ears and a fuzzy tail? Cause if he did, thats no mailman.
I thought maybe Pantera was lost.

I got a piece of mail from the USPS that wanted me to take part in a "confidential" survery buy reporting when I got pieces of mail they'd send me. I thought it was fuckin wiered and threw it away. Oh yeah, they also spelled my last name HORRIBLY wrong. Wierd.

Certain Mail services deliver 365 days a year. My father always ends up working Christmas morning (he's a postman). Its just high priority mail that goes out, though.

Yeah, It Is Called "EXPRESS" Mail And Is A Notch Above "Priority". Fantastic Service...Like Fed Ex Or UPS Red Label, But Unlike Fed Ex Or UPS They Actually Deliver On Sunday. It Is A Great Service. About $12-$15 For A Next Day Letter.
