...After working out for an hour at the gym? I find myself acting like I'm suffering from contact roid rage. I'm cranky, really irritable, and over-reacting to shit that doesn't matter. I find this happens typically after I do a particularly tiring workout. Anyone else have this happen, or am I having some kind of weird angry breakdown every time I tire myself out physically?

Your prob not eating right... Your prob eating less than you should.. Your body is eating away at your energy, and It makes you cranky... If you eat enough (healthy) you won't have that problem.. I used to be the same thing.

for some reason two weeks ago i was really aggressive. i got in a fight in my hockey game on thursday night then on friday night got in a fist fight at an alumni reunion for my fraternity. two fights in two nights when i am a very easy going guy and will avoid confrontations at almost all costs. it was very strange. i attribute it to my extreme lack of sleep due to who knows what. it seems i have been very on edge lately because of this sleep deprivation.

I agree with Kevin. I eat like 7-8 times a day, so when I work out for two hours a day I feel more amp'd with energy, but never cranky. I actually feel amazing. You need more protein and def more food.
I also suggest smoking weed. It helps me a ton

I listen to Dissecting Table at full volume when I work out. To the point that people walk by and stare. After listening to Zigoku in it's entirety, I feel like a million bucks.

I always feel really good after a long workout. Unfortunately I reward myself with ice cream after all that hard work. But definitely don't get angry, thats kinda odd since working out supposedly releases all those nice endorphines that make ya feel good!
