Recently I tried googling something and noticed it keeps directing me to different crappy search engines. I cant stand it. I must have picked up a spyware or adware someplace.
It is like a rock in my shoe everytime I try to google something.
Does anyone know of a free adware removal download (that also doesnt carry spyware)?
I NEED to get rid of this and dont know of a good adware removal program.
Please help- especially since this is my work computer.
Thanks

The 1-2 punch of Spybot and AdAware has kept me fairly clean for awhile now.

I heard it's really "The Cat's Pajamas" from a guy who once told me it caused a real hullabaloo at an Ice Cream Social once.

Might also be worth clearing up your cookies with CleanUP!

if you are so inclined as to purchase Ad-Aware Professional, I have discovered that if you use Norton antivrus, it will work with Ad-Aware when you do a scan. When i click on Ad-Aware and do a scan of my system as Ad-Aware detects things Nortons scans along with it, and they team up to get rid of crap. kinda nice.
