What d'ya got?
C'mon, you know you've been assaulted by them since you were a kid. Which ones stuck with you? I think even the bad ones have mangaged to enter our social consciousness and become cultural memes.
Here's what I think is he best: Crying Indian (http://youtube.com/watch?v=g1MYY-IQ_yU)
As for the worst, I'd have to go with:
"This is your brain. This is your brain on drugs." (http://youtube.com/watch?v=PTOsCYZQass)or,
"From you, OK? I learned it from watching you." (http://youtube.com/watch?v=Y-Elr5K2Vuo)

I would have to say my favorite PSA is the Bugs Bunny Burn Prevention (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0o1y55EOg_s)
The worst is Robocop's anti-drug PSA (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWpOas4qr7E)...apparently drugs bug him...

My favorite was one that didn't get made. Jim Morrison was going to do one advising against using speed. He showed up and kept saying..."Speed kills, smoke pot instead." They finally called the whole thing off.
My least favorite? Nancy Reagan's JUST SAY NO...with an endless list of celebs. Runner-up would be that business advice guy on XM that always used to say "Write this on a rock."

I wish I could find my favourite on YouTube but I've only seen it once almost a decade ago. I think it was from Australia or New Zealand. It started with a family driving down the road, singing songs and whatnot until a truck comes out of nowhere. The second before impact the action freezes and the cmaera goes around to everyone in the car as a narrator describes the horrible injuries everyone is going to experience since they didn't buckle up in extreme detail. Absolutely horrifying.
Least Favourite: Yessssssssssssss! (http://youtube.com/watch?v=RSIZQRi4M6c)

That's great! In fact, watching that made me feel like I was tripping.
There was a PSA for the Rubella Umbrella vaccination when I was a kid, and it used to creep me out big time. It just showed a red umbrella floating through the streets of the city by itself. I've never been able to find it online, but if anybody could you'd make my day.
While searching for it I did find a classic old Levi's commercial (http://dt2.prohosting.com/70s/video/levis.mov), though. The 70's rocked.

Oh man, I forgot all about that! That was a catch-phrase among my group of friends. Whenever someone did something stupid we would say "Don't throw us away", complete with exagerated retarded voice and mannerisms. Man, we were assholes.
By the way, it's nice to see that this thread is back after more than 17 days without a response. Thanks "mildly amusing" for giving it a chance and not "throwing it away". This thread is like the retarded citizen of ronfez.net threads.
