favorite hot sauce

Lately, I've gotten addicted to this hot sauce called Tapatio salsa picante. It is great and you can put it on almost anything. It is especially good on potatos or any meat product.

Anyone have a favorite hot sauce out there?

Lately I've been using Frank's RedHot with Chile n Lime on everything. It could use more heat, but it has good flavor.

Tapatio is my fav. though i dont know that its super hot sauce. but it can definitely be put on just about any food out there. my roommate even puts it on pasta. rice, chicken, fish, french fries...etc

I like to pair my hot sauce with my food, kinda like how some people will pair their wine with food. If its some kind of Asian dish or noodles, I will go with sriracha chili sauce. Mexican, I bounce around a lot, but usually some kind of habanero sauce. And for pizza or any variety of chicken, I always go for Franks.

The "Pain is Good, Garlic Style" hot sauce is great. Just watch how much you use.

Tried all the rest mild to hell sauce but the original still the go to one for my family and me

I love the goya hot sauce....kind of sweet and a little kick. My old man makes homemade hotsauce that is really cool...wish he would market it!

I'm a Frank's Red Hot guy too. It shouldn't be classified as hot sauce, but the flavor is great.

It never really got off the ground though. I think it's only available in small shops in New Paltz.

ad this when I was in Belize a couple years ago, not as hot as you would think for a habanero sauce, best taste I've ever found though.
