First of all you're not so dumb as to need an explaination. You know you ignored the bulk of information in that article: for example, the judge was pulled off the case and obviously the woman will be granted the divorce. So the point you're trying to make with this thread is wrong and stupid just like every other thread you've ever created to denigrate Muslims. You hate Muslims. We get it. You don't need to post endless false stories about them to prove it to us. They only serve to prove you have no idea why you hate them.

Of course LJ missed the take away point of that article. It's not that Germany is so craven as to surrender its justice system to a group of foreign religious fundamentalists (it won't) nor is the point that its OK for Muslim men to beat down their wives (it isn't).
