Not sure if there was already a thread like this but..I used to wake up at like 4:30 on Satruday mornings when I was a kid and watch a good 6-7 hours of cartoons.I would never miss... <img src="http://members.aol.com/horemheb/jpcats.gif" border="0" alt="Josie and the Pussycats" width="300" height="378" /> and Scooby's All Star Laff-A-Lympics<img src="http://www.scoobydooweloveyou.com/scoobies.jpg" border="0" width="320" height="240" />  I wish I could go back to those care free days... no responsibilities What was your favorite?

I miss old school saturday mornings. I used to wake up and run downstarirs and watch the cartoons until the went off.  I used to get pissed if my mom would vacuum near the TV.  I think she did it on purpose to get me away from it and outside.

Damn... I remember when I was really little like 4 or 5 I would watch the Groovie Ghoulies and they would have different shows within the show... my favorite was The Secret Lives of Waldo Kitty. Sounds gay now... but man I loved that F'n show. It would be Waldo a real cat with his girlfriend real cat and this dog would come after them and try to take the girl... then it would turn into a cartoon and Waldo would become some kind of cat character... Me sitting on the floor in front of the TV munching on some Fruity Pebbles or Apple Jacks... Shit... those were the days.

This thread got me thinking and I found this website... it has all Saturday morning shows from 1966-1988... you pick the year and it shows you what show was on what network at what time... I think it's awesome. There's allot of shows I totally forgot about.

I always wanted to watch the big lineup of Saturday morning TV but even as a little kid I'd stay up late on Friday night and end up sleeping until 11 or 12 on Saturday. If I was lucky I would wake up in time for the end of Wonderama but most times I would only get to see Kukla, Fran & Ollie that came on at noon--the signal that all cartoons were over.
