RonFez.net Forum Software Version?

Just curious since I am new here and dont know if this has been asked or what the reason is.  But why doesnt ronfez.net run vBulletin version 3.0 or something similar?  I frequent www.acurazine.com (http://tsx.acurazine.com/forums/) and i always liked that type of forum software.  Sorry MikeyBoy if this has already been discussed!  Just a curious noob.  donk
