<p>my roomate, who has a dui, has a warrent out for his arrest, is the biggest fucking moron ever, who shorted me on the rent, and waxes snow boards for a living, got the cops called to his house because he decided to throw a party till 3 am.</p><p>its like putting down a dog, not as much a mercy killing for his pain, more for mine and the good of society.&nbsp;</p>

What you need to do is to have your third roommate to get really drunk and choke slam him against the wall. It worked for me when I was in college.
