hard delete

<p>i wanna delete a internet explorer plug in</p><p>i can find it in add or remove programs but i cant find it in files&nbsp; but when i try to delete it from the add or remove programs because it says &quot;restart comp prior to delete&quot; and obviously that doesnt work</p><p>for some reason my mcaffe doenst fight the program</p><p>any ideas?&nbsp;</p>
