Matthews has retained attorney Robert Shapiro. &quot;We're not going down that road now,&quot; Angels spokesman Tim Mead. &quot;We want as much information as Gary can provide, but he can't or won't tell us anything. There is a sense of frustration here because of the lack of information. Everyone understands this is a legal issue but there is a sense of frustration. We feel like this is hanging over our heads. Im not an attorney but it seems crazy that they can void a contract signed in 2006 for taking a substance, when this substance was (for the sake of argument)&nbsp;taken in 2003 when it wasn't a banned substance.
