I stayed up all night studying for an econ test, and it's snowing so I have the day off. Anyone else free today?

city schools never close because of snow.&nbsp; it takes about two feet for them to even consider it &amp; sometimes they stay open anyway.&nbsp; this goes for city public schools &amp; city colleges.&nbsp; i work for a city college, so i'm here sitting at my desk.&nbsp;
