Nah.
I kinda liked the old coot. When my son was little, we would watch him together-I would keep watching even if little Mikey fell asleep-Mr. Rogers made me feel safe-especially when he toured the cheese factory!!

The best episode of Mr. Rogers was when we saw how crayons are made.
Mr. McFeeley sucked. Everything he ever brought sucked and he always made Mr. Rogers go boring places with him.

LOL Lara I was going to
mention that same
episode... the crayons!
Also, does anyone
remember the potato factory
set in make-believe land?
That was also another one
of my faves.

The only good part of that show was when they showed how things are made. Otherwise, it sucked.

I can't say anything bad about the show of Mr. Rogers. I love the Trolley, "Mr. Speedy Delivery himself" Mr. McFeeley, Lady Aberline sp* King Friday, the kitty cat whatever his name was, The owl, etc. Great show.
Like many of you, I grew up with Mr. Rogers and actually learned something new everytime. Being a good person, how to make a crayon, a sneaker, yadda yadda yadda. I love the fish tank and that stopsign. He was and is still something interesting to watch.
Jennitalia, he indeed have a certain flair for fashion. Gotta love that snazy sweater ensemb.
Mr. Rogers, there is no inbetween in this conversation, either you liked it or you didn't. I loved it. Damn I wished I taped this show so my kids, when I have kids could see something that is educational and fun. Rare nowadays anyway.

Lady Elaine Fairchild who lived in that carousel-looking thing... fucking hilarious. She was always bitter and so goddamn rude and mean to everyone. I loved it.
