What should I get?

I'm turning 21 on Friday and I plan on gettin a bunch of booze. Got any suggestions on what I should get?

Something you've never had before.  Go to a nice liquor store and look around for a while.  You're of age now, you can drink what you want when you want, you don't need to consume as much as you can whenever you get the chance.

I'll probably be gettin a keg at night so I was hopin someone could recommend some nice beer.

Depends on the night you've got planned, and the level of drinking you have done up until this point of your life.  If you don't yet know how to appreciate beer, I would suggest something light and mostly tasteless (miller lite.)  If you have been drinking for a few years and know good beer, I would pick up a IPA (hoppy beer.)  Both you should be able to drink for a good long time.

I love hoppy beer, but so far the only good beer I've had(that I know of)&nbsp;is Guinness and Bass. I meant people were buying me a keg for the night, so I wanted something good to start out with during the day.

IPA is way too bitter for me to be able to enjoy more than one or two.&nbsp; I can drink Sierra Nevada when I'm in the mood, but that's about it.&nbsp; If you're getting a keg, stick with something you know you'll like, after all, you will haveto drink an entire keg of it.

I would say if your going with the keg to get something that you can drink allot of and not get bloated or sick of drinking... like a Bud Select or Roilling Rock.&nbsp; REMEMBER... your going to be trashed so after 2 or 3 hours your not going to care what your drinking.&nbsp; 2nd I would have 2 or 3 beers get a little buzz going then go with a shot... then keep that combo going... making sure to stay away from mixed shots just straight JD, Tequilla, Jagr, or Goose... and lastly... every hour or so pound a cup of water whether you feel like it or not... good luck and godspeed.

<p>When I turned over 21 I bought a fifth of vodka and a gallon of orange juice and spent the night downing screwdrivers.&nbsp; Being as I had to work the next morning it was a bad idea.&nbsp; I spent the day sweating alcohol and suffering orange acid burps.&nbsp; </p><p>Guinness was suggested earlier.&nbsp; A good suggestion but it's not exactly something I'd recommend in large quantities.&nbsp; Light beer is another way to go if you're going for quantity.&nbsp;</p><p>How about a 40oz malt liquor?&nbsp; Drink from the bag like the homies.&nbsp; A guaranteed buzz and cheap.&nbsp; Go for the Mickey's.&nbsp; I was really on that stuff in my college days.&nbsp; Those big mouth bottles were great.&nbsp; Can't find them around here.&nbsp; Just the 40 oz bottles.</p>

Some girl wants to take me to a strip club. Hopefully Mr Pink gets some pink and remembers this time.... Maybe I'll blow a bunch of adderall too.</p>
