i will be so fucking pissed if this goes down. i fucking love willis. i have his bills third jersey. the bills would suck even worse (if thats possible) without him in the backfield. if he had a decent line, his numbers would be much higher.

The o-line doesn't justify having only two 100 yard games in a season (both of which were against the same team). That's just fucking unacceptable for a starting running back, especially one as highly touted as he is supposed to be. He couldn't get 100 yards against the fucking Lions. You can't always use the o line as an excuse. Look at Losman's improvement this year - he had to deal with the same o-line and passing plays are much harder for an o-line. I think Willis's problem is motivation. I don't think he feels particularly motivated to play his ass off for the Bills. He always has 130 yards or more against the Jets just because of his rivalry or whatever with Jonathan Vilma. If this goes through, those two will be partying it up together be sure.

Three, when he went down last year, I didn't feel like the team missed his presence at all, and they had Anthony Thomas in there, who's clearly backup caliber. I'd really like it if the Bills drafted that RB from Rutgers - or is he not eligible yet?

This does not shock me at all. If anything, I think Levy is at least determined to put his stamp on this team and McGahee is definitely not a "Levy-type" guy.

Of course there's improvement - just look. He more than doubled his output in a lot of his stats. Sure he played a lot more games, but that doesn't matter to all of those stats anyway - like QB rating, Touchdown/interception ratio, passing completion %. You're nuts if you don't see improvement. Maybe not as much as you or I might like, but he's certainly improved.

He always has 130 yards or more against the Jets just because of his rivalry or whatever with Jonathan Vilma.
this is a predominantly tri state area board and not one comment from a giants fan ??? well maybe one i think someone said they'd like the 1-2 punch of jacobs and mcgahee

i wouldnt mind having mcgahee, solid production and he has fellow canes already on the team (shockey, and joseph, i dont think sinorce moss was there before willis left but still a fellow alum) that should make for an easy transition

but i think jacobs can be the guy, a rodney hampton type that dayne never got the chance to be, i know a lot of people tool on dayne but he was never given the chance to prove he was worth the 1st rd pick because it just happened to coincide with barber's emergence as a great every down back

now im not saying dayne would have become great or even rodney hampton like, just that he never got the chance to be the full time back and he didnt have the ego or mindset to be productive in a limited role

i'd still like to see the giants get another change of pace back like tiki was before he assumed the full time role

crazy thing is in maddenn i used to trade mcgahee to the giants all the time
