No. Moe should be Secretary of Defense. Could plan to take out all the insurgents in Iraq with that fingers to the eye bit. Then, while they're blinded the troops could pull out the hammer to the cranium. Those insurgents would be too stupid to do the hand up the bridge of the nose to block the double eye poke. The news reports on Iraq would slowly change from explosions to a constant ouuuuch/CLANG! Oooowww/CLANG! CLANG CLANG CLANG!

Of course, as Sec. of Defense he wouldn't actually be doing it. He could teach the technique to the generals, and they'd pass it down and make it a priority in training. Maybe they should teach it to the troops who are part of the surge.

I'm thinking they all pitch in for that kind of work...

Oh, yeah...the title of the Department would change back to "War" instead of "Defense"

and nukes instead of "police actions"

With Curly as president, we could adopt a whole new military strategy.

Imagine "Whatta" Dick B. Cheney and Saddam squaring off.

Cheney tries the horizontal-peace-sign eye-poke, but Saddam cagily puts up the "Moe Block."

So Cheney tries the two-handed index finger eye-poke, but Saddam is way ahead of him and ducks as Cheney buries two fingers in drywall.

Cheney reaches in his bag of tricks and holds out one hand like a karate chop, and wiggles it up and down, up and down; then side to side, side to side, to mesmerize the Butcher of Baghdad, then he goes for the horizontal-peace-sign eye-poke, but Saddam is ready with the "Moe Block"....
