So a lot of times i have random things that i want to post but dont think it deserves a new discussion and im sure there are a lot of other people like me who get hesitant to post something that gets one response (like im sure this one might)

But this is for your random thoughts and abstract questions or discussions that nobody wants to start a thread about

So my random thought is this: Has Joe Poo been on the show or called in since his demise on the show lo these many years ago?

Was it worth it?

Back when R&F were getting ready to get the Heave-Ho from WNEW there was a campaign by people here to write letters asking to keep them, as well as phone calls, banners and even a plane was hired with a banner (paid for by board members) asking them to stay. As many know it didnt work and the show was moved to DC where the secret antennae was the only way people in NY could hear them. So was the entire movement and the time put in by people worth the time they put into it?

Also will Jim Breuer ever be on O&A again?

Breuer has his own show on Sirius (my brother is one of the producers) and O&A are of course affiliated with XM. I dont think there are any hard feelings, even though they were on at the same time slot at one point. Its possible that since Viacom owns (or owned?) both Infinity and Sirius, that there may be an avenue for cross promotion. But I'm not even sure they still own both.
